I had functional, newly decorated room with a kettle, coffee, and ipad. There were enjoyable breakfasts with cheese and fresh breads, for example and the location was great and lovely...

Decent place for exploring Ottawa. Impeccably clean hotel, superbly friendly staff, fashionable rooms. Lovely building and rooms with a garden view. Variety of pleasant food at breakfast time. Friendly check-in, parking outside. Everything good. Charming small property in a central location to bus to the Airport. Really close to the city centre and the Byward Market.

The check-in process was inefficient and frustrating.

Marvellous and lovely location for our visit to Parliament Hill a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Attentive service overall and parking outside.

The venue is reasonably clean, the staff is EXCELLENT and affable. The rooms are modern and functional, provided with with Nespresso machines and comfortable bed plus great desk. Thank you for an excellent stay.

It was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Ottawa with good value. The owner was super accommodating and made us feel at home. Look for free parking on the surrounding streets during your stay.

Parking options are limited with only a couple of spots!!! The presence of homeless individuals nearby creates an uneasy atmosphere, especially for those concerned about car safety and potential vandalism!!!

The Queen Room was super cozy and clean, with nice touches like a coffee machine and an iron. The bed was comfy, and I loved the hardwood floors. The place had a warm vibe, and I appreciated the shampoo and free toiletries too. It's perfect for a short getaway!

I had a cozy stay with a fantastic mattress and a lovely fireplace option in my room, although I found the breakfast choices overpriced. I'd definitely return!

It's a bit small but packed with nice touches, like an iron board and a red bathrobe in the closet. I felt right at home. Plus, the whole hotel has a charming vibe with clean, well-maintained decor. Great for a short stay!
